DESCRIPTION
This is a big house with few rooms available. Usually the rooms are rented by the studends studying in nearby universities for a yearly contract. The house owners and their children are staying in this house too.
If you want to find a local and non-touristy place then this is a good place to try. A lots of street foods and some local bars, 7Eleven shops within 5 mins walk.
